I have nothing but RAVE reviews for this Best Western property. I included a "Special Request" with my reservation. My request was graciously honored in full. My room was nicely appointed and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk were lovely, friendly and went overboard to assist when I had an issue with my car. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, the dining room immaculate and comfortable. There was coffee on and available for guests 24/7 in the comfortable and inviting TV lounge area. My stay extended for several days and this truly felt like a HOME away from Home. Highly recommend!!!!

Friendly and helpful front desk staff upon arrival. Overall friendliness of all staff I interacted with. Clean, quiet room. Bonus: we were able to see our vehicles from our room All lights and fridge worked Supplied toiletries were adequate for our needs We heard jets coming and going from nearby Boise airport but we didn't hear them in our room. Location doesn't allow an answer to the "vibe" question. However, the location was great-easy on and off the interstate but without the noise or lights from vehicles

Our 3rd time staying here. Breakfast was really most mornings. Rooms were nice may need a couple repairs but not to bad. Pool was good ceiling was leaking hot tub was good. They needed to keep up on the towels never seemed to have towels in there floors in pool area were dirty but not bad. Hotel staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The night ladies were great and super sweet made the stay so much better. We enjoyed our stay so much

The waffles were amazing! Unfortunately, we missed out on the rest of breakfast as we came down a little after 9am & bacon & majority of other food was gone or already put away. It would have been nice to know breakfast hours at time of check in, but otherwise no complaints! Staff was friendly & room was fine. Would definitely stay here again if & when opportunity arises! Thx

I was suprised to see a fully cooked breakfast of eggs and potatoes. It was delicious! The room we got was perfect, at the end of the halfway on the top floor. It was quiet so I was able to work in peace. The location of the hotel was minutes away from the military base where my husband had to go. And the staff was very nice!
